The Software, developed by AHAsolar Technologies Limited (the “Developer”), provides solar estimation services, including approximate costs, government incentives, and financing options across various cities in India. It also serves as a project management tool for internal teams to conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and prepare techno-commercial proposals for customers.


2. What are the Terms of Use?

The Terms of Use (“our terms” or “terms”) are guidelines designed to create a fair and transparent trading environment for all users. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.


3. Why Should You Read the Terms?

By using the Software, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

The Software and its content (collectively, the “Materials”) are protected by copyright laws. The Company grants you a limited license to use the Materials for personal or non-commercial purposes.

  2. Using framing techniques to enclose trademarks or logos.

  3. Using meta tags or hidden text with the Company’s or Developer’s name.

  4. Modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the Materials.

  5. Scraping or downloading data from the Software without permission.

  6. Sending automated requests for quotes to suppliers.

  7. Building a similar or competitive software or service.

  8. Removing copyright notices or proprietary markings.

The Company does not control user-generated content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality. You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of sharing it.


13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post or share content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations.

  • Is harmful, abusive, or offensive.

  • Promotes illegal activities or scams.


14. Subscription and Paid Postings

  • Subscription: Starts upon payment and is valid for 30 days.

  • Paid Postings: Fees for posting content are non-refundable if the content is removed for violating these Terms.


15. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Software, except user-generated content, are owned by the Company and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute these materials without permission.


16. User Submissions

You acknowledge that the Software may contain inaccurate or offensive content. The Company is not responsible for such content, and you assume all liability for your use.


17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from your use of the Software, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.


18. No Spam Policy

Sending unsolicited emails or communications through the Software is prohibited. Violations may result in civil or criminal penalties.
